These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of splashpowercleaning.com and any services booked through this website or by phone, text, or email with Splash Power Cleaning (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our Services
We provide pressure washing, soft washing, and related exterior cleaning services (including trash bin and dumpster cleaning) for residential and commercial properties in Metro Atlanta, as described on our Services page. Specific services performed are those agreed upon in your estimate.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates provided over the phone, by text, or online are based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation upon an on-site or photo-based assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from what was described. Our minimum service call is $250; most services are custom-quoted based on the size and condition of the area to be cleaned.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We schedule services based on availability and weather conditions. We may need to reschedule due to rain or unsafe conditions; we’ll contact you as soon as possible if this happens. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Recurring service plans (such as bin cleaning) may be billed on the agreed schedule.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours so we can review the concern and make it right, which may include a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to the quality of the cleaning performed and does not cover pre-existing damage, surface conditions beyond our control, or issues unrelated to the service performed.
Property Access & Preparation
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas being serviced, including securing pets, moving vehicles and personal items when requested, and disclosing any known surface damage, fragile fixtures, or hazards before we begin work.
Limitation of Liability
Splash Power Cleaning is licensed and insured. While we take precautions to protect your property, exterior cleaning may reveal or, in rare cases, affect pre-existing conditions such as deteriorated paint, aging surfaces, cracked concrete, or damaged wood that were not caused by our work. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or surfaces not disclosed to us prior to service. Any claim of damage caused by our work must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
