How much does pressure washing cost?
Our minimum service call is $250, with most other services custom-quoted based on the size and scope of your property. We provide free, no-obligation estimates.
Do you offer commercial services?
Yes. We provide commercial building cleaning, parking deck cleaning, and recurring maintenance plans for property managers and businesses.
Do you offer bin/dumpster cleaning?
Yes! Our newest service uses a dedicated truck-mounted system to sanitize trash bins and dumpsters for homes and businesses.
Can I bundle multiple services together?
Yes. Many customers combine services like pressure washing and bin cleaning, or house washing and roof cleaning, for one visit and better value.
Do you offer recurring or maintenance plans?
Yes, we offer recurring plans for bin cleaning and can set up regular maintenance schedules for commercial properties.
Is pressure washing safe for all surfaces?
Not every surface can handle high pressure. That’s why we choose the right method, pressure or soft washing, based on your specific surface.
What to Expect
Is pressure washing safe for my home?
Yes. We adjust pressure and technique based on the surface, protecting delicate materials like siding and roofing with our soft wash method.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not for most services, we just need access to the areas being cleaned. For bin cleaning, we just need access to your bins on your scheduled day.
How long does a typical service take?
Most residential jobs take 1-3 hours depending on size and scope. We’ll give you a time estimate with your quote.
Will the cleaning products harm my plants or pets?
We use eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible and take care to protect landscaping during every job.
What happens to the dirty wastewater?
For bin cleaning, all wastewater is safely contained and disposed of according to local regulations, never left on your property or in storm drains.
